What is the difference between a Training Plan and a Coaching Plan? A mutual commitment between the coach and the athlete, full-time support, and a dedicated attitude towards reaching your goals.
If you are looking for more of an interactive experience or want to step-it-up to the next level we provide full-service coaching. Our Coaching Plans are designed and led by an RRCA Certified Running Coach to work with the specific abilities and meet the specific requirements of each individual athlete.
What's included in the coaching plans? After learning about the athlete and their specific goals as well as their running and fitness history, our coaches will begin to develop an interactive custom training schedules. The interactive training schedule is similar to our Training Plans. However, unlike static training plans that are built for the entire duration of the program, the coaching schedules are built in training blocks (usually one week at a time). Rather than making one or two tune-up adjustments throughout the course of the program each block is built specifically based on the current progress and goals and will be adjusted for all the curveballs that life might throw at our athletes. In addition to the interactive schedule you will have access to your coach throughout the duration of the program to report milestone achievements, issues, or simply ask questions. Throughout the course of the program your coach will also provide you with additional advise/information not necessarily specific to running such as recommended cross training activities, hydration/nutrition tactics, race planning, etc. We believe that coaches are your resources, to help guide you along your journey in whatever capacity that you need.
We believe that the core of any successful coaching program is matching the right coach with the athlete. Just like each individual athlete has their own strengths and goals, each coach has specific concentrations. Our coaching programs are based on a monthly subscription with two packages that offer savings when paid in advance.

While there are no savings going on a month-to-month basis this option may be well suited for those not ready to make a longer term commitment or that just want to see what personal coaching has to offer. If an athlete decides to continue with a longer commitment in any of the other coaching plans the duration can be prorated and the cost of the monthly program will be applied.
